Ingredients (for 2 people)
- Eggs: 3 pieces
- Dashi: 50ml
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Light soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
- salad oil: appropriate amount
- MARBO GOLD: A pinch (approximately 0.2-0.3g)
*If you prefer something sweeter
- Sugar: Adjustable up to 1.5 teaspoons
How to make it
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them
- Add the dashi, sugar, and light soy sauce and mix
- Add a pinch of MARBO GOLD
- Heat an egg cooker over medium heat and add oil
- Pour in the egg mixture in several batches and roll it up while baking
- Once cooked, shape and cut into bite-sized pieces
When to use MARBO GOLD (Important)
👉The "secret ingredient" added to the egg mixture
is garlic, which is less pronounced and
enhances the umami of the dashi and soy sauce.
point
- Don't add too much (just a small amount is fine)
- Designed not to interfere with the sweetness or flavor of the dashi stock
- The flavor remains even when cooled
Finishing characteristics
- Fluffy and moist
- The umami of the dashi stock is enhanced with richness and a lingering aftertaste
- A taste that sets it apart from the usual rolled omelet
