DeveloperMasato Hirosetraveled the world as a backpacker in his youth. He experienced
street food in Asia, home cooking in Europe, and the spice culture of the Middle East and Africa.
Even when language was a barrier, there were always smiles at the dinner table.

This simple, unwavering truth
would later become the core of the philosophy that gave rise to "MARBO GOLD."


Traveling freely around Japan and facing food every day

After returning to Japan, Hirose immersed himself in the world of food and drink, traveling around the country. He encountered
Hokkaido's ingredients, the soy sauce culture rooted in each region, and the different "correct" tastes found in each household.

What I learned most strongly through running a restaurant is
that "you shouldn't make cooking too complicated."

After much trial and error, they arrived at
garlic, soy sauce, and umamia flavor combination deeply etched in the memories of Japanese people:
