Vegetables (total 150-200g)
• Red and yellow bell peppers... 1/6 of each
• Broccoli... 3-4 florets
• Cherry tomatoes... 3-4
• Purple radish or purple carrot... a small amount
• Yellow zucchini... a small amount

• Garlic...1 clove
• Anchovies...2 fillets
• Olive oil...2 tablespoons
• Milk...1 tablespoon
■ Preparation
• Cut the vegetables by color.
• Lightly blanch the broccoli in salted water.
• Remove the core from the garlic and mince it.
■ How to make it
- Add olive oil and garlic to a small saucepan and heat over low heat
- Once the aroma comes out, add the anchovies and mash them
- Add milk and heat gently
- Arrange the vegetables radially on the plate
- Place the sauce in the center
