Chicken teriyaki (finished with garlic soy sauce)

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • Chicken thigh: 1 piece
  • Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Mirin: 2 tablespoons
  • Sake: 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar: 1-2 teaspoons
  • Oil: small amount
  • MARBO GOLD: A finishing touch

How to make it

  1. Add oil to a frying pan and fry the chicken thighs skin-side down
  2. Once both sides are browned,
    add soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar.
  3. Simmer over medium heat and turn off the heat when it becomes glossy
  4. Finish with a splash of MARBO GOLD

When to use MARBO GOLD (Important)

aroma is retained even after the heat is turned off
