Gold salt ramen with plenty of vegetables

■ Ingredients for one person

• Chinese noodles...1 bowl
• Pork belly or chicken breast...50g
• Cabbage...1 leaf
• Bean sprouts...1 handful
• Carrots...a little
• Corn...appropriate amount
• Green onions...a little

MARBO GOLD: One shake at the end (approx. 0.3-0.5g)

Soup
: 400ml water,
1 tablespoon chicken stock (granules),
1/2 teaspoon salt,
a little white sesame seeds,
1 teaspoon sesame oil

■ Preparation

• Vegetables: Cut into bite-sized pieces
• Meat: Cut into thin strips
• Noodles: Boil as directed

■ How to make it

  1. Put water and broth in a pot and heat it
  2. Add the meat and cook
  3. Add vegetables to keep them crisp
  4. Season with salt and sesame oil
  5. Put the noodles in a bowl and pour in the soup and ingredients
  6. Finish by sprinkling white sesame seeds and green onions

■ Points

• Don't add too many vegetables and cook for a short time.
• Add salt at the end.
• Sesame oil is just for flavoring.
