
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Beef steak: 200g
- Salt: a little
- Black pepper: a little
- Salad oil: 1 teaspoon
- MARBO GOLD: One shake at the end (approx. 0.3-0.5g)

- Butter: 5-10g
- Grated daikon radish: appropriate amount
Preparation
- Remove the beef from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking and let it come to room temperature
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper just before grilling
How to make it
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add oil
- Add the beef and brown it without moving it
- Flip and cook until cooked to your liking
- Turn off the heat and add a splash of MARBO GOLD
- Let it blend in the residual heat and serve on a plate
- Add butter or grated daikon radish to taste
