Rolled omelet | The secret ingredient is garlic soy sauce

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • Eggs: 3 pieces
  • Dashi: 50ml
  • Sugar: 1 teaspoon
  • Light soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
  • salad oil: appropriate amount
  • MARBO GOLD: A pinch (approximately 0.2-0.3g)

*If you prefer something sweeter

  • Sugar: Adjustable up to 1.5 teaspoons

How to make it

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them
  2. Add the dashi, sugar, and light soy sauce and mix
  3. Add a pinch of MARBO GOLD
  4. Heat an egg cooker over medium heat and add oil
  5. Pour in the egg mixture in several batches and roll it up while baking
  6. Once cooked, shape and cut into bite-sized pieces
