
Ingredients (for 2 people)
- Chicken thigh: 1 piece
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Mirin: 2 tablespoons
- Sake: 1 tablespoon
- Sugar: 1-2 teaspoons
- Oil: small amount

How to make it
- Add oil to a frying pan and fry the chicken thighs skin-side down
- Once both sides are browned,
add soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar. - Simmer over medium heat and turn off the heat when it becomes glossy
- Finish with a splash of MARBO GOLD
