■ Ingredients for one person
• Chinese noodles...1 bowl
• Pork belly or chicken breast...50g
• Cabbage...1 leaf
• Bean sprouts...1 handful
• Carrots...a little
• Corn...appropriate amount

Soup
: 400ml water,
1 tablespoon chicken stock (granules),
1/2 teaspoon salt,
a little white sesame seeds,
1 teaspoon sesame oil
■ Preparation
• Vegetables: Cut into bite-sized pieces
• Meat: Cut into thin strips
• Noodles: Boil as directed
■ How to make it
- Put water and broth in a pot and heat it
- Add the meat and cook
- Add vegetables to keep them crisp
- Season with salt and sesame oil
- Put the noodles in a bowl and pour in the soup and ingredients
- Finish by sprinkling white sesame seeds and green onions
