Beef steak with Japanese garlic

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Beef steak: 200g
  • Salt: a little
  • Black pepper: a little
  • Salad oil: 1 teaspoon
  • MARBO GOLD: One shake at the end (approx. 0.3-0.5g)

*Optional

  • Butter: 5-10g
  • Grated daikon radish: appropriate amount

Preparation

  1. Remove the beef from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking and let it come to room temperature
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper just before grilling

How to make it

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add oil
  2. Add the beef and brown it without moving it
  3. Flip and cook until cooked to your liking
  4. Turn off the heat and add a splash of MARBO GOLD
  5. Let it blend in the residual heat and serve on a plate
  6. Add butter or grated daikon radish to taste

When to use MARBO GOLD (Important)

👉After turning off the heat,
add the aroma and flavor of garlic soy sauce
to bring out the maximum flavor of the meat.

  • Do not put it in the oven while baking (as the aroma will disappear)
  • Start with a small amount
  • You can also adjust the flavor by adding more
