Salmon and Avocado Gold Poke Bowl

  • • Salmon (for sashimi)...80-100g
  • • 1/2 avocado
  • • Warm rice...150g
  • • Cucumber...1/4
  • • White sesame seeds...a little
  • • Egg yolk (if available)...1
  • • Green onion...a little

  • • Sesame oil...1 teaspoon
  • • Mirin...1/2 teaspoon
  • • Lemon juice...a little
  • Mabo Gold...as much as you like

• Salmon: Cut into 1.5cm cubes
• Avocado: Cut into pieces about the same size as the salmon
• Cucumber: Cut into thin cubes
• Mix the seasonings in a bowl

  1. Place salmon, avocado, and cucumber in a bowl
  2. Add seasonings and mix gently
  3. Put rice in a bowl
  4. Place the ingredients lightly on top
  5. Topped with egg yolk, white sesame seeds, and green onions
