• Salmon: Cut into 1.5cm cubes
• Avocado: Same size as salmon
• Cucumber: Cut into thin cubes
• Mix the seasonings in a bowl.
■ How to make it
- Place salmon, avocado, and cucumber in a bowl
- Add seasonings and mix gently
- Put rice in a bowl
- Place the ingredients lightly on top
- Topped with egg yolk, white sesame seeds, and green onions
