Vegetables (150-200g total)
• Red and yellow peppers...1/6 each
• Broccoli...3-4 florets
• Cherry tomatoes...3-4
• Purple radish or purple carrot...a little
• Yellow zucchini...a little

• 1 clove garlic
• 2 anchovies
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon milk
■ Preparation
• Cut the vegetables by color.
• Lightly boil the broccoli in salted water.
• Remove the core from the garlic and chop it finely.
■ How to make it
- Add olive oil and garlic to a small saucepan and heat over low heat
- Once the aroma comes out, add the anchovies and mash them
- Add milk and heat gently
- Arrange the vegetables radially on the plate
- Place the sauce in the center
