Ingredients (serves 2): 2 yellowtail fillets, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons mirin, 1 tablespoon sake, 1-2 teaspoons sugar, a little oil, a dash of MARBO GOLD to finish. Preparation (important): Lightly sprinkle salt on the yellowtail and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Chicken teriyaki (finished with garlic soy sauce)
Ingredients (serves 2): 1 chicken thigh, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons mirin, 1 tablespoon sake, 1-2 teaspoons sugar, a little oil, a dash of MARBO GOLD to finish.
